- 2 avocados – peeled, pitted, and mashed
- 1/2 red onion, minced
- 1/3 cup minced fresh cilantro
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 lime, juiced, or more to taste
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced, or to taste
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tomato, diced (optional)
- Mix avocado, red onion, cilantro, feta cheese, lime juice, jalapeno pepper, salt, and tomato together in a bowl.
- Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
