- 3 (15 ounce) cans white hominy, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a 2 quart casserole dish, mix together hominy, sour cream, cheddar cheese, chilies and cayenne pepper.
- Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until heated through.
