Wilted Garlic Spinach Recipe

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 6 cups packed baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup Salt and pepper to taste
  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Saute garlic until golden. Add spinach and stir constantly until spinach is wilted, about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.
