Wild Blackberry Muffins Recipe

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Mix milk, egg, and olive oil together in a bowl. Add flour, sugar, and baking powder; mix well. Fold blackberries into the batter.
  3. Spoon batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup 1/2 way.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 20 minutes.
