White Remoulade Recipe

  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 scallions, including some of the green, finely, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon capers, washed, drained, and chopped
  • ¼ cup finely chopped sour gherkins
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 anchovy fillets, mashed
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  1. In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients and chill for 1 hour before serving.
