- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup chopped dried cherries
- 1/2 tablespoon almond extract
- Grease an 8×8-inch square baking dish.
- Melt chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring often, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cherries and almond extract. Pour fudge into prepared baking dish and spread into a smooth layer. Cover and refrigerate until firm, 1 to 2 hours.
- Cut fudge into 64 1-inch square pieces.
