- 6 oz cream cheese, softened (175 g)
- 2 tbsp milk, preferable whip (25 mL)
- 4 cups whipping cream (1 L)
- 1 1/3 cups confectioner's (icing) sugar (325 mL)
- In a mixer bowl fitted with whip attachment, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth, for 4 minutes. Gradually pour in whipping cream and sugar, mixing until blended. Beat on high speed until soft peaks form, about 6 minutes.
