West Virginia Pepperoni Roll Dip Recipe

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package McCormick® Original Country Gravy Mix
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 3/4 cup chopped pepperoni, divided
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix cream cheese, milk, mayonnaise, Gravy Mix and 1/2 cup each of the mozzarella and pepperoni in large bowl until well blended.
  2. Spread in 9-inch glass pie plate sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and 1/4 cup pepperoni.
  3. Bake 25 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
