- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 cups cubed, seedless watermelon
- 1 cup Archer Farms™ lemonade
- Place sugar in bowl of food processor fitted with metal blade; pulse 20 seconds. Add watermelon and puree until smooth.
- Pour into shallow glass baking dish (11×7 or 13×9-inches). Stir in juice.
- Freeze 4 to 6 hours or until firm. Scrape and mash with tines of fork to form fluffy crystals. Spoon into chilled wine glasses or bowls. Serve at once.
