- 3 tablespoons wasabi powder
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup prepared Dijon-style mustard
- 2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- Blend wasabi, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, and hot pepper sauce. Mix in the green onion. Season with salt and pepper, cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
