- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 teaspoons bottled roasted garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 dashes bottled hot pepper sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese (cut up)
- Keebler® Club® Crackers
- Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well; press out excess liquid.
- In medium saucepan combine milk, oil, roasted garlic, salt and hot pepper sauce. Add both packages of cream cheese; cook and stir over low heat until cheese has melted and mixture is heated through. Stir in spinach. Serve chilled or warm with Club(R) Crackers.
