- 250g/9oz new potatoes
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- drizzle of olive oil
- 2 tbsp dill, chopped
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Place the new potatoes into a large saucepan of boiling salted water and boil for 15 minutes, or until just cooked through.
- Drain the potatoes and place into a large bowl with all of the other ingredients.
- Mix well and serve warm.
