Warm potato, mustard and dill salad Recipe

  • 250g/9oz new potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • drizzle of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp dill, chopped
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  1. Place the new potatoes into a large saucepan of boiling salted water and boil for 15 minutes, or until just cooked through.
  2. Drain the potatoes and place into a large bowl with all of the other ingredients.
  3. Mix well and serve warm.
