- 2 cups frozen pepper stir-fry vegetables
- 1 (9 ounce) package frozen chopped, cooked chicken breast, thawed
- 1/4 cup bottled sesame salad dressing
- 6 cups fresh baby spinach and/or torn leaf lettuce
- In a 12-inch skillet prepare frozen stir-fry vegetables according to package directions. Stir in chicken and salad dressing; heat through. Add spinach. Toss mixture in skillet for 30 to 60 seconds or until spinach is just wilted.
