- 1 3/4 cups chopped cooked chicken breast (skinned before cooking and cooked without salt)
- 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 celery rib, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Assorted crackers
- In a bowl, combine the chicken, walnuts, mayonnaise, celery, onion, salt and garlic powder. Serve with crackers. Refrigerate any leftovers.
