- 1/2 cup walnuts, roasted
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon walnut oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon shallots, minced
- In a sauce pan over medium heat, add the walnut oil. Add the garlic and shallots and saute for 1 minute. Turn heat to the lowest setting, add the walnuts and stir. Add the butter and stir. Pour into a small bowl, cover and refrigerate for an hour.
