Wake-Up Shake Recipe

  • 3/4 cup prune juice, chilled
  • 3/4 cup 2% reduced-fat milk, chilled
  • 1/2 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 bite-sized pitted dried plums
  • 1 ripe banana, cut into chunks
  • Dash of ground allspice
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
