- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar or white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
- 1 Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
- 2 For dipping, serve in individual small dishes. Store leftovers in a tightly sealed container for about a week.
