- 1 pound ground hot Italian sausage
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 cups Simply Potatoes® Homestyle Slices, cut into slightly smaller pieces
- 2 cups chopped fresh Oriental kale
- 1 quart reduced fat (2%) milk
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- In 4 quart saucepan or Dutch oven brown Italian sausage, carrots and onion over medium-high heat. Drain grease. Add Simply Potatoes(R). Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low. Stir in Oriental kale, milk and seasoned salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
