- 1 red bell pepper, diced

- 3 Persian cucumbers, diced
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- 4 radishes, chopped, or more to taste
- 2 kosher dill pickles, chopped
- 3 green onions, sliced, or more to taste
- Whisk olive oil, lemon, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Add red bell pepper, green bell pepper, cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes, dill pickles, and green onions; toss to combine. Let marinate in the refrigerator until flavors combine, 10 to 15 minutes.
