Tuxedo Cupcakes Recipe

  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package Archer Farms™ Decadent Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (8 ounce) package Market Pantry ™ cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Market Pantry™ vanilla baking chips, melted
  • 1/4 cup Market Pantry™ powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Market Pantry™ heavy whipping cream
  1. Prepare cake batter as package directs. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake cupcakes as package directs. Cool completely.
  2. In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, vanilla chips, and powdered sugar together until smooth. Scoop into a small bowl.
  3. In same large bowl, whip cream until peaks form. Fold cream cheese mixture into whipped cream.
  4. Top cupcakes with cream cheese mixture. Store in refrigerator. If desired, garnish with grated chocolate.
