- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1/2 medium onion, grated, juice reserved
- 1/2 cup milk
- In a medium bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, tomato paste, and juice from the onion. Place meat into the bowl, cover, and marinate for at least 6 hours, but 24 hours is better.
