Turkey Loaf Recipe

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs, or as needed
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the turkey, egg, onion, and bread crumbs. Adjust the amount of bread crumbs as needed to make a stiff mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture to a 9×5 inch loaf pan, and sprinkle with poultry seasoning.
  3. Bake 1 1/2 hour in the preheated oven, or until meat is cooked through and the internal temperature is at least 170 degrees F (70 degrees C) when taken with a meat thermometer.
