Turkey Bean Bake Recipe
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (16 ounce) can baked beans
- 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar or cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Transfer to a greased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
