Tuna Stuffed Pockets Recipe

  • 1 (12.5 ounce) can Safeway SELECT tongol tuna packed in water, drained
  • 6 tablespoons Safeway SELECT Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder, if desired
  • 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup roasted sunflower seeds
  • 4 pita breads
  1. Put tuna into a bowl. Stir in mayonnaise.
  2. Stir in lemon juice, curry powder, if using, celery and sunflower seeds.
  3. Spoon into pita pockets.
