Tuna Steaks with Olive Tapenade Butter Recipe

  • 3 tablespoons Market Pantry™ butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons Tassos™ Bruschetta Classico
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 4 (6 ounce) tuna steaks
  1. Heat grill.
  2. In a small bowl, combine butter, Tassos and rosemary; set aside.
  3. When ready to grill, lightly oil grill rack. Place tuna steaks over medium heat; cover. Cook for 10 to 14 minutes, turning once, until fish flakes easily with a fork. Top with olive tapenade butter.
