Tuna Panini Sandwiches Recipe

  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 ounce Archer Farms® garlic-stuffed olives, chopped
  • 2 garlic stuffed olives, chopped
  • 1 (7 ounce) can chunk light tuna in water, drained and rinsed
  • 6 slices tomato
  • 6 slices whole wheat bread
  1. Heat panini press or George Foreman grill. Spray with cooking spray.
  2. Mix feta cheese, olives and tuna in small bowl. Spread on 3 slices bread. Top with tomato slices and remaining bread slices.
  3. Grill each sandwich 3 to 4 minutes, or until bread is deep golden brown. Cut sandwiches in half to serve.
