- Quaker® Salt Free or Lightly Salted Rice Cake
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna in brine or water
- 1/2 onion cut very fine
- 1/2 tomato cut into cubes
- 3 cups English cucumber
- 1/2 green crispy apple cut into cubes
- 1 pinch coarsely ground peppercorns
- 1/2 green chili cut finely
- low fat mayonnaise
- Add all the above ingredients together and mix together with a little low fat mayonnaise.
- Use as a filling for your rice cakes.
