Tuckys Chutney Pasta Salad Recipe

  • 1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti
  • 2 apples – peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3/4 cup mango chutney
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup dry-roasted peanuts
  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 12 minutes; drain. Rinse spaghetti with cold water to cool; drain.
  2. Stir spaghetti, apples, bell pepper, shrimp, mango chutney, mayonnaise, and raisins together in a large bowl. Top with peanuts.
