Tropical Spring Salsa with Pork Recipe

  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 seedless orange, peeled, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onion slices
  • 1/4 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
  • 2 tablespoons KRAFT LIGHT DONE RIGHT! Ranch Reduced Fat Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon chopped seeded jalapeno pepper (optional)
  • 3 (1 pound) pork tenderloins, grilled
  1. Mix all ingredients except pork until well blended.
  2. Serve over hot sliced pork.
