- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 3/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 head butter lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
- 1 large watercress bunch, stems trimmed
- 1 large head radicchio, torn into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 oranges, peeled, sliced crosswise into rounds
- Whisk first 5 ingredients in small bowl to blend. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place remaining ingredients in large bowl. Toss salad with enough dressing to season to taste.
