- 3 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, cut up
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 1/2 cups granola cereal
- 1 1/3 cups coconut
- In large saucepan, melt chocolate and peanut butter with EAGLE BRAND(R). Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Stir in granola and coconut.
- Pat into 13×9-inch baking pan. Chill 1 to 2 hours or until set. Cut into bars. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
