Touchdown Tortilla Soup Recipe

  • 3 (14.5 ounce) cans Market Pantry™ Chicken Broth
  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans Market Pantry™ Southwestern-style Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can Market Pantry™ Black Beans, undrained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can Market Pantry™ Whole Kernel Corn, undrained
  • 1 (10 ounce) package corn tortillas
  1. Mix chicken broth with undrained tomatoes, beans and corn in a large pot.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Cut tortillas into strips and add to boiling pot.
  4. Boil one minute longer and serve.
