Torta Salgada Facil de Liquidificador (Easy Brazilian Casserole) Recipe

  • 1 teaspoon butter, softened
  • 1 thick slice ham, cut into small cubes
  • 3 1/2 ounces canned peas, drained
  • 3 1/2 ounces canned corn, drained
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup cold milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cold milk
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
  2. Spread ham, peas, and corn in the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. Whisk eggs and flour together in a large bowl. Pour in 3/4 cup plus 1 1/2 tablespoon cold milk and mix until well-combined. Season with salt and pepper and pour into the baking dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until center is set and edges are golden, about 30 minutes.
