- 1 (3.5 ounce) package Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper Wonderful Almond Accents
- 4 medium heirloom tomatoes, cut in wedges
- 3 cups bite-size cubes of seedless watermelon
- 3 tablespoons thinly sliced basil
- 3 tablespoons chopped mint
- 3 tablespoons chopped tarragon (optional)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Arrange tomatoes and watermelon on a large platter. Scatter with basil, mint and tarragon.
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over salad. Top with Wonderful Almond Accents.
