- 2 slices ciabatta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh basil leaves, chopped
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Drizzle olive oil over the bread and toast it in a hot griddle pan.
- Rub the toasted bread with garlic.
- Mix the chopped tomatoes with the basil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Spoon the mixture onto the toasted bread and serve on a wooden board.
