Tomato and basil bruschetta Recipe

  • 2 slices ciabatta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  1. Drizzle olive oil over the bread and toast it in a hot griddle pan.
  2. Rub the toasted bread with garlic.
  3. Mix the chopped tomatoes with the basil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Spoon the mixture onto the toasted bread and serve on a wooden board.
