Tofu Salad Dressing Recipe

  • 1 (12 ounce) package soft tofu, drained
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 2/3 tablespoons salt-free garlic and herb seasoning (such as Mrs. Dash®)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  1. Place tofu, olive oil, garlic and herb seasoning, almond milk, lemon juice, garlic, and sea salt in a blender or food processor; blend until smooth. Let stand for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
