- 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
- 1 cup chopped honey dew
- 1 banana, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Market Pantry™ orange juice
- 2 tablespoons Archer Farms™ orange blossom honey
- 1 (16 ounce) Archer Farms™ pound cake
- 3 tablespoons Market Pantry™ butter, softened
- In medium bowl combine fruit, orange juice and honey; set aside.
- Trim ends of pound cake; discard. Cut cake widthwise into 8 pieces; place on baking sheet.
- Grill over medium heat or broil 4 to 6-inches from heating element for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown, turning once.
- Spread butter over top half of toasted pound cake. Top with fruit mixture.
