Timesaver Kale Slaw Recipe

  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
  • 5 ounces baby kale, chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds, or more to taste
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  1. Whisk balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, and lime juice in a large bowl. Add coleslaw mix, baby kale, red onion, and sunflower seeds; toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
