Tikka Masala Shrimp with Pineapple Recipe

  • 8 Archer Farms® wild-caught Key West uncooked pink shrimp in shells, 26- to 30-count, thawed, peeled with tails left on and deveined
  • 8 (1 inch) cubes fresh pineapple
  • 1/4 cup Archer Farms Tikka Masala sauce
  1. Heat grill. Curl shrimp around pineapple chunk. Secure with toothpick.
  2. Brush shrimp with sauce.
  3. Place skewered shrimp on grill. Cover and cook 4 to 6 minutes, turning once, or until shrimp is firm and pink.
