- 1 1/2 cups ice
- 2 fluid ounces rye whiskey
- 1 fluid ounce sweet vermouth
- 1/8 tablespoon Amer Picon
- 1 Maraschino cherry, for garnish
- Put ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour in whiskey, sweet vermouth, and Amer Picon. Shake or stir, and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry (or a twist of lemon).
