- 1 cup packed parsley sprigs
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lime zest
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 (10-ounce) bottle club soda
- Purée all ingredients except club soda in a blender 1 minute. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a large glass measure. Serve over ice and top off drinks with club soda.
