  • A. Super Smoothie
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, cleaned hulled and halved
  • B. Jolt Sandwich
  • 1 slice whole-grain bread
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  1. For smoothie: Blend ingredients on high for 1 minute or until smooth.
  2. For sandwich: Spread almond butter on half the bread and drizzle with honey. Fold over.
