The Anxiety Soother Recipe

  • 2 turkey bacon
  • 2 slices oatmeal bread
  • 1/2 cup red tomato
  • 1 slice low-fat Swiss cheese
  • 1 leaf romaine lettuce
  1. Crisp bacon in a pan over medium heat. Place bread in toaster.
  2. While bacon is cooking and bread is toasting, slice tomato.
  3. Once bacon is crisp, layer meat, cheese, and vegetables between bread.
