- 2 turkey bacon
- 2 slices oatmeal bread
- 1/2 cup red tomato
- 1 slice low-fat Swiss cheese
- 1 leaf romaine lettuce
- Crisp bacon in a pan over medium heat. Place bread in toaster.
- While bacon is cooking and bread is toasting, slice tomato.
- Once bacon is crisp, layer meat, cheese, and vegetables between bread.
