Thanksgiving Cranberry Mold Recipe

  • 1 (3 ounce) package cherry-flavored gelatin mix (such as Jell-O®)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice (not fresh juice)
  • 1 (8 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup diced apple
  • 1/3 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
  1. Stir gelatin mix and boiling water together in a bowl until dissolved. Add pineapple juice and cranberry sauce; stir until incorporated and thickened. Fold in apple and walnuts. Pour gelatin mixture into a mold and refrigerate until set, at least 4 hours.
