- 4 cups Cabbage, shredded (combination Red or Green)
- 3/4 cup Bermuda Onion Rings
- 4 ounces Swiss Cheese, cut into strips
- 1 1/2 cups Tomato slices
- 1/2 pound Roast Beef slices
- 3/4 cup MarzettiĀ® Slaw Dressing
- 1 tablespoon chopped Parsley
- In separate bowl, combine dressing and parsley. Chill.
- Toss chilled dressing with cabbage. Spoon cabbage mixture onto plates. Arrange meat, tomato, cheese and onion on cabbage mixture.
