- 1/2 cup fresh spinach, or more to taste
- 1 carrot, roughly chopped
- 1 rib celery
- 1 small tomato, halved
- 1/2 apple, cored
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 (1/2 inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 pinch salt-free seasoning blend (such as Mrs. Dash® Southwest Chipotle), or to taste
- 1 dash hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot ®), or to taste
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce, or to taste
- water to cover
- Combine spinach, carrot, celery, tomato, apple, lime juice, ground flaxseed, ginger, seasoning blend, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a blender; add enough water to cover. Blend mixture until smooth.
