- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons dill pickle relish
- 1 scallion, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and smashed
- 1 teaspoon horseradish (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
- Rinse and smash the capers. Finely mince the scallions (use just a tiny bit of the green portion).
- In a jar or bowl, mix everything together. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes or more.
- Makes about 11/4 cups; each serving is 4 Tbsps.
