Tangy Grilled Chicken Kabobs Recipe

  • 1 cup MIRACLE WHIP LIGHT Dressing
  • 1 (.7 ounce) envelope GOOD SEASONS Italian Salad Dressing Mix
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast halves , cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
  • 3 cups Assorted cut-up fresh vegetables (peppers, mushrooms, onions and zucchini)
  1. Mix dressing, salad dressing mix, vinegar and water. Reserve 1/2 cup dressing mixture for dipping cooked kabobs. Arrange chicken and vegetables on 6 skewers. Pour remaining dressing mixture over skewers in shallow dish. Refrigerate 30 minutes to marinate. Place kabobs on grill over medium-high coals.
  2. Grill 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning once. Serve with reserved 1/2 cup dressing mixture.
