- 1/2 cup bottled barbecue sauce
- 1 (12 inch) partially baked pizza crust
- 2 cups cooked chicken, beef or pork, shredded or cubed
- 1 cup canned diced tomatoes, drained
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Spread barbecue sauce on pizza crust.
- Bake for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Arrange meat and tomatoes evenly over sauce.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over pizza.
- Bake about 15 minutes or until cheese has melted and crust is crisp and golden.
