Taco Salad Wedges Recipe

  • 2 (15 ounce) cans HORMEL® Chili No Beans
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • Favorite Mexican Toppings
  • 1 (10 ounce) bag FRITOS® Corn Chips (any variety), crushed
  1. Heat chili as package directs. Meanwhile, cut lettuce into 8 wedges. Top each lettuce wedge with warm chili. Sprinkle with favorite Mexican toppings such as shredded Mexican blend cheese, diced tomatoes, sliced ripe olives, jalapeno peppers, sour cream, guacamole, Ranch salad dressing, salsa and corn chips.
